Ben said: Best class ever! I'm serious. Every time I go its a new experience. From self defense moves and sparring to forms and basic combinations, this class hits on every aspect of Karate. Its by far the best way to stay in shape for a reasonable price. And unlike the group cardio workout at the gym, you don't just walk away with a sweat. You actually walk away with the knowledge of how to defend yourself. As for the website, its unbelievable. I can't wait to see some pictures and the bio of Sensei. It's going to be great. Lax said: Karate is the best class ever. I have learned so many new experiences. Karate has taught me a lot of new things such as self discipline but the best thing in Karate is sparring, because you get to fight (not hurtfully) with your teammates. It is really cool. I really hope that as time passes, more and more people will join and begin to experience new experiences in their life.
